This is the best feeling ever! Haha. The feeling of blogging and eating. After some weeks, here I go blog again. I have been busy catching up with friends. :) So here's another food blog. It's worth blogging, because it's just an experiment by me with the help of my sibs. I just saw this as a tweet, then I searched for cream cheese frosting and red velvet pancakes ingredients and put it together. Haha. The recipe I've seen has the complete list of making a pancake + some ingredients to make it red velvet...

But what I did was, I got a pack of complete mix for pancakes. You can buy it from supermarkets. I added cocoa powder and red food coloring, the secret in velvets. Haha. then pan fry it. The frost part was cool. You need, cream cheese, butter, vanilla extract and confectioner sugar then mix it together. The best part was spilling some reds all over the place and tasting the frosting. Yum! yum! The pancake is really moist. This is the best pancake I ever tasted. Haha. Try it guys. You can search detailed recipes over the net. For a colorful breaky. :)

My favorite dish of all Japanese food. I just got this recipe by observing those chef in Japanese Restaurants and by playing Cooking Academy. Hahaha. It's a matter of experimentation, because sometimes I put mango or mayonnaise or cucumber. It's freedom of choice, actually. Then my tito said I should try tuna inside, next time. :) He worked in Japan before that's why he knows. Haha. I ordered maki last night from Rai-rai. I wonder where they get those orange crab eggs. Haha. Try it though. Many people don't eat maki because they generalize it as "raw" and "malansa because of the nori". There's nothing wrong in trying. Sometimes, we experience and find the best ones through trying. :)

Food post for a change! It was my first time to create something like this, a cake, but still it's no bake. I did the crust and the toppings only. My brother and armida did the whole cheesecake, since it needs massive power to mix the ingredients. I'm so proud of the output, even if we were really nervous that It might not hold together. Btw, the recipe came from my cousin. But you can still find a lot of no bake cheesecake online. I'll try creating Oreo cheesecake next time. :) PM me on facebook if you want! :) hahaha!

I cooked this dish for Noche Buena. "Chicken and Apple in Honey Mustard Sauce." Recipe that fits the holiday season.

Happy Birthday to us mommy. You may not be here but I tried to be happy on our special day. It was hard tho. First 23rd of September without you. We used to celebrate this together. Same old times that we dine together with Tita Joan at T.O.P. or Max's. Our favorite dating places. It feels so weird that the person you used to celebrate with is not around. Maybe I need to get used to this feeling anyway. I miss you so much mom! I love youu! :*

We had lunch at T.O.P., My mom's favorite place. We also ordered what we usually order when we go there. :)

When we got home, I tried on what I am to wear on FAP. My sister gave me her gift. :)

The same with my brother and my Tito Garry. they both gave me a bag as a gift. :) Thank you po. I didn't had a photo with my tito's gift because he arrived late in the afternoon already.

When I got home after the FAParty. I have this cakes at home. Thanks to my brother and A1C, for the cakes. :)
