1. Cut chicken breast into strips and then soak in egg then flour.
2. Deep fry.
4. Saute the onion and garlic. Then Add the Orange Marmalade, Orange Juice, Honey or Brown Sugar and Orange Peels. Put the Chicken Strips and then let it stay for a while. The taste depends on your taste buds. Add salt if you want.
